Few days before commencing of second session at Stamford

Mixed feelings for the second session overwhelm me as i was supposedly in charge of the session. However, i just received word that the Stamford Primary School principal was planning to have a fund raising carnival on the same day as our planned carnival, so he cancelled out on us. Indeed, this would be the last thing on my mind that would happen, but it did. Sure, I was disappointed and anxious that we could not hold our proposed carnival, but i feel rather hopeful that a much better alternative can be discussed and implemented. We're having an emergency meeting tomorrow to discuss the possible alternatives, as well as gather updates from each member's delegated tasks.
My sessions would be a tough one to handle: Food prepartion. Clearly, I have never tried anything like that before! Materials to prepare, contingencies to prepare... How well would i handle such a stress in a few days time? Putting aside the administrative problems in our group, I think we're ready to serve the kids.
