the formalities, hastings and ceremonial etiquette that had totally masked the simplicity of the content.

that just to describe the colours ceremony yesterday.it was kinda fun while it lasted.

started when i went to change into formal wear after chinese lesson. the hassle, omg i couldnt take it. why would a simple event like the colours award ceremony require formal wear? well it ultimately had to be done, white shirt, long pants, black shoes, blazer, mostly borrowed thanks to chia jone and (no) thanks to the student council/union/whatever.

it was getting late, (dunno why) kai ming insisted i changed too early. but anyways we headed for the college tennis courts togethers, since there werent any other sec 3 ortuses winning the award. i'd love to name some who dont deserve such an honour, but for the sake of conservation, i shall keep mum. and like me, kai ming's pissed we dont get national colours for an undisputed yet prejudiced fact: we didnt do enough.
