ohhh man the horror of today's training!
went out to open sea and capsized!
there was no one to save me but damien...
at that moment
god offered me a stairway to heaven
but i climbed up hesitantly,
knowing that i couldnt die before her birthday
and at the end of it all
i ran down the stairway to embrace life again,
now with even more vigor and consciousness
of the ones that hold true meaning to my colourful life....
