just as i thought today was gonna b a chao sian day, chiew yin smsed me, asking me to go ice skating.
WHAT??? ICE SKATING??? nvr done it b4 leh... chiew yin's always the most outspoken 1, jia yi was most correct when she guess chiew yin would have all sorts of weird actions when we meet.
So, i was the one that went Jurong 1st, cuz i had some jap occ books to return at the library there. look at clock pls? so much time, 2 hr pls? so i went to the teens' floor, VAT(4got wad it stands for), took a 'get fuzzy' comic book and started to read it, though i like foxtrot better. took a few turns and whoopee doo, i saw xue ying. took me a few minutes b4 i smsed her, giving her a mysterious feeling that i was watching her.
so she looked for me, we greeted, chatted, what else? jia yi and chiew yin came up moments later, and we all went down to meet this friend of chiew yin, called cheris. turned out to be a sweet girl, but very quiet, only gave me 1 word answers when i tried to talk to her...
its now that i realised the skating rink in jurong was the only 1 in the vicinity, the next 1 i could think of was the 1 in kallang( kuang li suggested goin there aft training, c all the teammates fall on their asses). it was so filled with pros there!!! i was like, how can i skate there, when its my first time?
it turned out to be quite easy, like rollerblading, but the rest took a longer time to get used to the rink. fell down 2 times at the most, had a fun time scaring chiew yin and making jia yi fall sometimes. there was this time when there was snow scehduled to fall on 3.55, it became very slippery.
it was just fireworks with jia yi, now chiew yin and nicks gonna go, and chiew yin's gonna shout so loud that the fireworks wont have any sound. talk aboutfireworks being loud.
in general, ice skating was very fun, a 'cool' sport, but i still dunno y i sweated in there. oh, and i'll always rmb pulling jia yi up, then she fell down again :> :p
